You could decide to have a doughnut one day a week or twice a month or something like that. Not working it into your weight loss plan might leave you feeling deprived and that's no good. As long as you add it to your food diary and it's part of your allowed calories it's all good. I have a 14g block of Rolo chocolate most days when I feel like it. I need little bits of indulgence every now and then or this wouldn't be sustainable for me. Well done on your progress so far! 👏👏👏
