For the past week and a half my diet took a flying leap off a cliff. Between the stress of getting the house finished in time and the holiday - it would have been a miracle for me to maintain my weight, let alone loose. So I was shocked when I hopped on the scale this morning to see that I actually lost 5 pounds!! I actually stood there staring at the dial for over a minute! I just hope that I have the stamina to keep up the hard work for what will turn out to be a long journey. With this weigh in, I now have 18 pounds to go to my first goal. Chin up!!
