I lost the most weight while eating salads. I went back onto my salad diet and drinking more water on Monday. I assume much of the excess "food & water" weight is still inside my body. That could be the reason why I gained weight despite eating very few calories for two consecutive days. Let's hope for a better weight-in tomorrow morning.
The low calorie diet doesn't seem to be working for me since 28 February. My weight remained constant during the past 11 days. I believe my body has adjusted to my revised eating habits.
