Physically this was a hard weekend. I worked out Saturday and Sunday, and on Sunday helped a relative move. I followed the diet well, but no change either way, which I guess is good for a weekend.

87,1 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 5,9 kg. Aún para ir: 3,2 kg. Dieta seguida: Bien.

In addition to the stress of moving your family member - I bet you worked off tons of weight - it just won't show until later in the week. Bless you for helping someone with a move, a terrible job.
