Diario de Fledgist, 22 ene. 11

Down again after a couple of days flat. Yesterday after going to bed later than usual the night before I forgot to pack my lunch and my lunchtime pills. Fortunately, I keep a stash of pills in my desk for such an eventuality. I don't, however,keep a stash of lunch! I managed, though, much to my surprise. I do think there needs to be a balance, and a couple of hundred calories in the middle of the day are necessary to sustain the body and keep me healthy. I made up, a little, with an ounce of cheese in the evening to add a bit of protein (okay, and a bit of fat). I also exercised yesterday, so I'm up a bit on that.
114,7 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 38,2 kg.    Aún para ir: 38,5 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

Do you think so? I've avoided snacking as a matter of self-control. I don't want to slide back into bad habits.
