Diario de Lorneylorna, 25 feb. 21

So I have gained a little, not too much and to be honest I think I needed to gain a little. I have changed my way of eating slightly, to allow for more fruit, but I am still very strict on what I put on my plate, after all this is my journey. My life has become extremely sedentary as I now work via zoom instead of travelling to my place of work and as with zoom workers all over I think, you do more, as you are more accessible in a way ... just a quick zoom meeting between clients with someone, what I should be doing is just a quick walk and break from the PC ... I guess that will happen eventually lol.
