Stayed the same but feel good. Busy day yesterday - didn't have dinner until 9:00 so I think eating that late is not good - although it did stop me from snacking! I'm always hungry when I'm dieting because I'm always thinking about food - planning what to eat - trying to come up with new foods that are healthy and low calorie... need to think of something else!! haha
Did the cat scan - pain seems less today. Results by the end of the week.
Phase 2 of Jllian shred is HARD! My heart starts going so hard that I am gasping for breath!

Jilian's shred is hard! Seriously, wow. However, it works. After a couple days of Lvl 2, I promise it actually does get a bit easier. It takes time, and take it slow just try the movements you can do, modify the other moves that are more difficult. I realized that my upper body is so horrible: even the plank is hard to do! Especially the ab plank thing... ugh, but I cannot wait until the day it is easy to do, just like riding a bike. I am going to celebrate when that happens!!!

I was just commenting on another Journal how I like to split my dinner into 2 small meals to avoid the late night snacking. I combat the thinking about food by trying to think and be creative with my exercise. (How to fit more of it in) If I do this, I get to eat more and still lose and I am thinking more about activities and less about eating. On those days where I commute on my bike its actually hard to eat all the Kcals I have. Just ideas. Best

I love being busy - I work out of the house which is convenient because of the kids and my husband traveling for work - but I do much better when I'm on the run... The exercise is great - it makes me want water, not food! I love riding my bike - the library and back is @ 11 miles and takes me about an hour but I can only find time for it once every couple weeks!
