Met friends for lunch, pizza and a salad. My thin friend asked why I dont eat the crust...people who have never struggled with wt. dont even think about carbs. It was all good, the pizza top and the visit. Today is Taco salad day at my favorite eatery. Will order mine with eveything but chili beans...will get the chips on the side. Works for me. So many times life does center around food and friends...making adjustments and compromises are necessary to being successful in both wt. control and friendships. Life is GOOD!
