Muscle gain lost an inch around waist, thighs, and hips. trying to work on my hip dips and waist area but need to add arms into my routine -_- A more full body work out is needed. Wish I didn't need rest days sometimes my body just cant handle what I want it to do. But I will get stronger and be able to handle more exercise. It is a journey, there will be ups and downs. I will get there eventually by staying on track! Positive vibes ~(^u^)~
