listen... don't look at the scale...just pay attention to what you put in your mouth. :)
and lots lots of water. Last week I weighed 253 on Sunday, 254.5 on Wednesday and then this Sunday 251.5. So it can flux and often it does... just keep on, keepin' on. :)
