Small loss but I’ll take it. I spoke to someone yesterday who’s in the same boat as me and they’ve been drinking and not working out and having cheat days and have lost 9 pounds in 30 days. It’s so hard to not compare yourself to others as we all have different metabolisms. It hard to see someone dropping the pounds and not caring. It’s a hard battle but I keep pushing. I’m determined to be better in my body before I turn 30.

Kate people who drink lose their appetite trust me I have lots of experience. It is much better to try and put muscle on which is heavier than fat.

That’s a pretty big loss for your friend. Even if yours is much smaller, it’s ok. you’ll get there :) you’re losing weight the right way and once it comes off it will stay off and you’ll be healthy long term :)
