Angie, What can you do to get your mental state up a bit. Is it nice enough out to go for a walk? Can you meet some friends for coffee and conversation? If you have a dog, maybe take her or him for a walk? Can you get the unhealthy tempting food out of your home? How about hanging out at the local bookstore, grab a magazine and just sit and read? I hope you get to feeling better. Being depressed is like being in a black hole with no foot holds to get out and in the end you just have to force yourself out. Just sheer will power and it is not easy but can be done. I wish you the best and good luck. You can do this and it sounds like you are making your way up the wall already. ((hugs))
