would like to start by saying thank you to everyone who has supported me and the lovely comments non my last post ...

weigh in today .. I have not lose or gain anything this week because I not going to be hard on myself as I have not been well all week . but i have manage still to go out for walks but didn't really go far but yesterday I manage to walk 6 miles which I was tired when I got home .. .. but going to try to do more this week
