I am up a pound. That is ok, way better than 5! It is a certain time of the month where I will gain 5lbs usually.
Things I am proud of.
Last night we ate out at Applebees. -we ordered appetizers and I did not over eat. (Holy Spirit told me to stop and I did) - I ordered soup, and salad and didnt finish either. -no dessert -was in incredible pain but spent 10 mins sweating on the elliptical.
I am not devastated by the one pound weight gain. I will workout lightly today and continue to eat right. Yesterday was higher in calories than normal but after 2-3 days of really low calories I feel it averaged out.
To quote a great movie(what about bob),"I feel good, I feel great, I feel wonderful!"
