I started before it the challenge started Monday /phase 1. ) So I can refrain from the junk. I pushed past the extra large Costco muffins🧁 that someone left on the work table. 🚫 Plus it was just a personal confirmation that I will commit without it being anything else . Yesterday was the beginning of Phase 2. - 3.9lbs. loss. small personal gratisfaction😀
82,5 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 1,8 kg.    Aún para ir: 17,2 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
