2.5 pounds isn't bad for two weeks, especially considering that I had one really high-carb day in which I had over 100 carbs, and one or two days where I was over the ketosis threshold. The weight is coming off! Now all I need to do is get myself to the gym more. I haven't been in four weeks, but right now I kind of feel like going. I like to get an early start though and it's already the evening (I slept real late today). Hopefully I'll go to the gym real soon.
92,1 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 30,4 kg.    Aún para ir: 19,5 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
