Rats! I hate to post a gain, but that's what it is this week. I only was able to work out one day this week so far due to an extra busy schedule again. It's not what I wanted and I really missed my workout today. I had a mile long list of things to do at home today and went from one to the next, and here I am at 8pm and no time to have worked out. Oh well, it is not the norm and not what I desire to do. I think I must be pms-ing b/c I am craving sweets. I notice this every month that I totally crave chocolate and that kind of thing.
Well, our fun thing for this weekend is our annual Girls Weekend Out! My friend and I started this when our oldest daughters were 4 years old and now they are 9. We go to out to dinner, to a hotel, swim in the pool and hottub, do pedicures, then go shopping and have lunch the next day. So my 2 daughters go with me and her second daughter just turned 4 so she gets to join us this year too. It is a lot of fun for all and a fun tradition I am really glad I started!
For weight stuff, you know a weekend like this can spell a diet disaster. I will try to be mindful in my eating and not overdo it! I am also excited to shop. It's funny now, I am almost a little snobby on the sizes- I only want to buy something now if it's a 6 and don't even want to bring the 8's in the dressing room anymore. Silly I know, but now that those are fitting, I just want it all to be that nice size!!
