The good news is the birthday season is over at our house and I will no longer be tempted by birthday cake and the birthday excuse. The bad news is that I quickly gained 6 pounds during the birthday month.

It's a terrible feeling. I'm squeezing into jeans. It's harder to bend over. It's hard to hide the gut. Plenty of reasons to fix the problem.
