Diario de kiranmohanty, 06 dic. 20

For the 1st time ever, I have gained weight since the day I started healthy living. And tbh, I am still on low calorie diet (though the calorie deficit is lesser now, I increased my food intake). And also I walked and did exercise for 30 minutes and that was the besr I could do. I really dont know why I gained weight and its really really dissapointing. I had not expected to loose any but I had not expected to gain too. And now, I am super demotivated. I don't know what I am gonna do next. Will keep you updated. Stay healthy. Cheers!

This happened with me too. I increased my calorie intake a bit and was not able to workout since last 15 days. But was in a calorie deficit according to me. Still the scale is showing 1-2 kgs weight gain. I don't know why. I think it's my be due to water retention as I'm feeling a bit bloated now a days

it actually happens.. you should take diet as a lifestyle that you can sustain for long term..you body adapts to the low calories and when to get back to normal diet, it doesn't know what to do with those extra cals..it takes time to adapt:)
