Hmmm I see a pattern here - can we say 1st Plateau? Well that is okay, losing weight too fast is not good for me anyway. I plan to lose slow and lose for good vs. lose fast and then rebound which has been my past style.
123,3 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 5,5 kg.    Aún para ir: 41,6 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

Yep - I don't like the Plateau thing so I tried this new Yoga tape to boost the old calorie burning. Can we say DISASTER....I have absolutely NO balance. I think the two bad knees may be playing a huge roll in that problem. I think I'll go back to Richard Simmons workouts as they are easier for me, with the exception of any jumping or hopping.

I tried a great workout you might like - Kickboxing Yoga Fusion by Patricia Moreno. You only do a little yoga to get your spine all nice and stretched before and after the workout. Plus, there's something very satisfying about throwing punches and kicking!

I can see it now...I'll be throwing a kick, my cat will be there and MEOWWWWWW there he goes flying up against the wall. But that sounds like a neat exercise tape! I nearly stepped on him this morning doing the yoga - he wanted to get involved!
