UGH!!! I did not want to enter that weight!!! I have not been exercising or making good food choices. I am also out of my BP med so the water weight comes on fast. So disappointed in me!! :...(

Harder when you are down the last little bit. I got 5lbs to go. Just tweek it as you will have to to get to your goal.
