yay! that pound came off :D i'm so happy. i mean,i told myself it was just water weight, but all the same, in the back of my mind i was worried. I'm still sticking to phase one rules pretty much. i do have the odd piece of fruit, but for the most part i'm leaving carbs in general out of the picture. but its going good, i'm not even wanting them which is kind of weird, but its working for me, so i'll go with it.
