had one horrible week. Did not deserve the weight loss this week. But am still glad I did not gain the 3 to 5 pounds I figured I had gained. On the other hand there have been weeks it should have gone down-but the scales did not go down.
But this week will be be better, I am determined to track the points and exerise, drink more water.
