9 stone 3lb 6oz ...... not sure what’s going on. Not happy with this and I moved my scales round and round the bathroom floor trying to get a lighter reading !!!!!!
Too many carbs maybe? But I always pick “good carbs” and watch my calorie intake. I like to keep my weight between 8st 7lb and 9st so a change of plan for an experimental week ahead.
Keeping my carbs to 25g and that means no porridge !!!! Will have to increase my protein so more chicken and fish ..... and potatoes will have to go for now ..... plenty of leafy greens and a few berries or very dark chocolate for my occasional sweet cravings !!
We’ll see how it goes! 🤞🏻
