Time to get serious again. I have been in the office since march, where I was working in th field walking between 6 to 13 miles every shift(12 to 15 hours0, as well as an hour workout lifting weights.
The gym shut down; started ofice work; and stopped Testosterone injections, but continued to eat (but no longer weighing and tracking), and since I wasn't working out started drinking beer on a regular basis.
I have never weighed this much before. So, back to tracking every crumb of food and timing any activities again.
Joined a challenge to get me going.
I miss the gym, and also miss my T injections! :(
