Dried out--not holding water weight! No edema at all this morning. FBS 107 this a.m. Early, and this afternoon (after only ate breakfast) was 104.BM() BP 103/65 and pulse 55
Raining today so haven't been outside much or walking but have been spending a great deal of time on my feet cooking.
Temp is rapidly dropping outside.
Made the lower sodium dressing, low (almost no) sodium sweet and sour sweet potatoes, turkey (that had been pre salted) mashed potatoes without salt (just herbs) gravy without salt (just herbs and some turkey fat and skim milk) so over all the meal was low sodium, but did make and eat quite a bit of pineapple upside down came with mix that had some sodium in it. so not sure how MUCH sodium I ate, but more than usual and probably 2000+ calories for the day No real way to calculate it without a LOT OF trouble, so didn't do that, but am back on the strict diet today. Also had a small jigger of 12 yr old scotch!
