Last weigh in for a while. Surgery this afternoon. I'm looking forward to having this done and moving forward.
I've been pleased over the last couple of weeks, I've been able to maintain with seemingly minimal effort. That says to me that I've made REAL changes that won't backfire once I reach my goal, plus all of this was without being able to workout! Success in this journey comes in SOOOO many forms.
