Day 6 Rest day on running routine made me procrastinate doing P90x - guilt got the better of me at 9:30 last night and I did the workout! Feel good that its getting harder to skip workout than it is to motivate to do it! Yay. Did well with water and food again - leave tomorrow early for Maine for 4 days. Hope I can stick with it!
