I can finally see the difference in the mirror and the way my clothes fit. 6.6 pounds down is no joke. It’s been slow but I’m starting to figure out a few key things for the way my body works. Sleep is almost as important as the food I take in. Not enough sleep and my body retains water like crazy. Macros actually matter— the more balanced I am, the better my digestive system seems to work. Carbs in the evening— no bueno. And my husband @davehoward is my biggest inspiration!
