Diario de Cricket, 20 jun. 13

I'm not making much progress toward my goal weight. At least I've been able to get out for some runs. I try to tell myself that even when I was at my goal weight, I could run as far as I can run today. Now if I could just do both!
69,9 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 2,3 kg.    Aún para ir: 4,1 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
Perdiendo 0,2 kg a la Semana
