When I eat WRONG ... My joints ache more. I feel bloated. I am disappointed in myself! I don't have the energy to work out. My clothes don't fit right. I tend to continue to eat the wrong things b/c I am already on a roll!
When I eat RIGHT ... I am in a much better mood. I have more energy to work out. My clothes fit like they are suppose to. I am getting all the vitamins that my body needs. I am setting an example for others.
