130 is no good, but i did loose 7 lbs from my trip to England and all the fish n chips and pastries I ate. Who knows what Christmas will do to me. Don't think I know how to say 'no' anymore.

Thanks for the comments. I don't know about being 'back' but I will try and get to be more regular, but probably not until the new year. I will post an 'after the holiday' weight. That should be fun, 'NOT'.

I love fish and chips too especially in London, much healthier than Carls Jr. :-)
