Day 2, Week 5 Holiday Cruise to Lose! (my gosh the weeks are flying)

Well I am back this morning, I guess that is a good sign! :) Still not feeling up to speed but I will live :) If I could just get this junk out of my head, I think my mind is in the right place LOL
Old Man Scale: He was kind this morning. Probably because I ate little to nothing, yesterday. I ate a hearty lunch Skipped breakfast had a grapefruit for snack. Then went out on an appointment. Didi not feel like dinner before I left and it ran long so by the time I was actually hungry it was like 11 and I just went to bed instead :) Still not exercise but I did do housework for 2 hours in the morning after skipping my walk with my walking buddy. Oh well! Some things just have to get done I guess and house work was at least in the warm not out in the cold to make this head cold worse.
Holiday Challenges Goals: Floor goal: Maintain at 240 (It IS the holidays) Midrange goal: lose 3.5 to 235 Ceiling goal: 230 by December 25th!! 36.5 from when I first started watching and 8.5 from now!
