I haven't checked in for sometime. I have joined Weight Watchers again and just joined a Zumba group. I have had a wake up call. My best friend was just diagnosed with grade 3 breast cancer. Life really is too short. I don't want to wake up and wish I had done things differently. I have longed to be thin for so long, now I long to be healthy. It's definetely time to make some life long changes.
