Well, color me surprised - or more than surprised, actually. I finally decided to stop fooling myself this morning, to cut the crap and just weigh myself. I've been avoiding it because of all the cookies and other junk I've been eating lately. Despite all that, I didn't gain a single ounce! I don't know how, I don't know why, but somehow my body has decided to allow me all the junk! Time to get back on track, then, I guess.
