Away last week for NYC business trip, then away for holiday weekend. Missed 6 days of badminton and haven't fasted in over a week. Up 2.5 lbs. Skipped yesterday's fast day so fasting today.
70,3 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 5,2 kg.    Aún para ir: 13,6 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
Ganando 0,6 kg a la Semana

Comentarios 
Even if you have to skip a fast day, make a few other days that week lower calorie, pack them with nutrients. The goal is not to eat more than you burn so you may not get in a fast day but you can at least limit your calories for that week.
