Need to see the loss to enjoy and it. So Thrilled, Down 4 lb, but I cant understand how? I did not eat as good as I should because I was so sick. Being sick does not stop me eating so strange, but there must be a lot of truth about drinking plenty of water because I did drink litres and litres of boiled water.

Who knows how our bodies work. Not complaining, so thrilled. Thats into another new 10 slot. SINCE 14th JAN, I've lost 41 lb. Thats a lb off 3 stone. Dead proud of myslf. Down 17 lb since 24th Aug. My weight thing in my journal say's I lost nothing.
Need to see the loss to enjoy and it.

Still not the best, but getting there. May go to town tomorrow to Leisure Gym and go to steam room.

Buster got his last injection today. So can HE can now start taking ME for a walk.

I would bet it's the water. I cut out everything BUT water and the occasional 4 oz of juice when taking my vitamins and it definitely makes a difference. If you don't get enough water, your body tends to hold onto what water it does get, hence the term "water weight". If you get plenty of water, your body will let go of the fluids its been holding onto. Sooooooooooo, if you DON'T drink enough water, your body retains it and if you DO drink enough water, your body starts to let go of it. I know it doesn't make "sense" but it works for sure. I shoot for my 64 oz minimum a day.

Carmel, 41 pounds is just super! You should be very proud! Good to hear you're feeling a little bit better, too. There really must be something in that tea of yours. Have a good day.

WOW! Great job you're doing! If you ate like always and the only change was increased water then I say keep it up! :)
