Challenge Day 3. Today was a realization of how I have been wasting my workout time by not working out intensely enough. Sure I could say I went to the gym, but no wonder the scale didn't move. Having the plan and daily goals from the Mypypeline workout has really made me focus on "working out" and not going through the motions on a machine. Intervals were hard this a.m. It is amazing how slow a minute is when you are pushing yourself hard. :)I kept telling myself...a few more calories and you are done with this for the day! I actually went faster then I would have thought I could at the end just to get to my calorie goal a a few seconds faster :)

You are my hero!!! I missed my workout last night because of my back. And I swooped out this morning workout for yoga and did do a power walk. I think I got close to 300 calories doing both. Overall, I am going to have to be modest on my workouts on week one. I think what happened is I over trained in preparation for this challenge (pretty funny when you think about it) and as a result of my back spasm, I went to Gronk, my massage therapist. He beat me up pretty badly, so my back has stopped spasming BUT I'm bruised beyond belief. So, I'll try to keep up to you M, but don't slow down... you are my hero!!!!
