You are my hero!!! I missed my workout last night because of my back. And I swooped out this morning workout for yoga and did do a power walk. I think I got close to 300 calories doing both. Overall, I am going to have to be modest on my workouts on week one. I think what happened is I over trained in preparation for this challenge (pretty funny when you think about it) and as a result of my back spasm, I went to Gronk, my massage therapist. He beat me up pretty badly, so my back has stopped spasming BUT I'm bruised beyond belief. So, I'll try to keep up to you M, but don't slow down... you are my hero!!!!
