Dear Journal,

My birthday and anniversary have passed. I only ate one cupcake on Wednesday..........and my birthday sucked. I used to look forward to it but now it is just another day. I didn’t even get a card from the man.

My anniversary really sucked, didn’t even get a card……oh, he went out of town to Homecoming for the weekend (on our Anniversary)……oh well. I know from now on it’s just another day. I am a little upset and feeling down today. The good thing about this situation , I thank God for another year!

Well, I haven’t been doing well on my new eating habits. Also, I didn’t reach my goal weight of 165lbs by my birthday. I will start again on Sunday, October 17th. My new goal is now set for December 17, 2011 (160 lbs). I can't wait for Sunday, I know I will feel much better!
