9st 4.5 (0.5 on at WW) Another lucky escape at WW I felt, I feared after getting away lightly last week and getting sadly carried away again early this week, that it might catch up with me, but half a pound was ok. Also I publicly committed to getting my 50lb certificate, for which I'll need to somehow weigh on a Wed eve only half a pound more than I do today first thing stark naked! When I lose 2lb more at WW that'll be my next silver 7, marking 3.5 stone, haven't had one of them in AGES! And one last pound after that for my 50lb. I'm aiming for the end of June for this so I'm not rushing. Stayed same at home today, but given that I was back to the normal routine that I missed last week,I guess this equates to a small gain overall. The last 2 nights, probably because my daughter's away, I've been tempted to go out to dinner but both times have managed to stick the dinner on at home before I have a chance to waver, so that's felt really good. I think the time of the month probably isn't helping these 'must indulge' cravings either!
