I did not have a strong weekend, nor a strong day today. I know it is not my weigh in day, so I might have been down by Tuesday AM, but since I was already at the doctor's office and don't feel like weighing in this AM (I am recording this Tuesday) there it is.
Life will go on, it will get better, easier, more second nature, but it is what it is right now. Blah!
I did my stretches twice, but I need to get them done more often so I can jump back into Yoga. I also need to get to the Y and use the membership I am paying for!
