Good morning!!!! It's Friday!!!! Yippee! Thoughst of warmth and health go out to you, each and every one.
Ate a couple cookies and two Dove Chocolates minis but it was a conscious choice and the only thing really out of plan. Went slightly over my cals but made sure my activity made up the difference again :) I could get to like this :)
My focus is getting a little better both at work and in my healthy lifestyle. I need to keep those laser sights as I move forward!
Old Man Scale: WoW!!! He is just being extra nice this week. Another 1/2 lb down to end the Cruise Challenge in style! Must be acknowledging the daily activity (forced as it sometimes is) because I have been no angel in the calorie dept!
Yoga was wonderful as usual! I even hopped on the Wii to do my Body test and log the Yoga so it would not yell at me LOL
Another happy thought. A CaBi jacket I recntly got (wound up as a freebie, due to a bunch of customer service mix ups) fits mostly now! It fit tightly across the shoulders. It still does not quite close but fits well enought to look good now. Sucha good feeling :) Happy, healthy vibes to you all!!

(but hell if I miss it and hit 240 instead, how amazing is 23lbs down in the November Challenge? eh? Christmas Challenge Goal:230 by December 25th!! 36.5 from when I first started watching and 11 from now!
