Have been at this 23 days...feel my resolve fading. Craving Carbs in a terrible way! If there is anyone out there feeling this way please help talk me back up to the right path. This wt battle is so much more than just our outward appearance, to me it is about inner strenght, commitment to finish what I start and a desire to be the best I can be...what ever it takes. Gosh, just writing this has helped. There is one thing certain in this life and that is change...THIS TO SHALL PASS!
