Well no loss this week, but no gain either. I was hoping for a loss but knew due to my recording history it's the week of the month that I retain water. So hopefully next week there will be a 2-3 lb loss that will keep me on track. It also means I need to stop making excuses regarding cardio and weight training. I need to step it up. I am two months in on this new healthy eating lifestyle and there's no reason I shouldn't be movin' more. GET OFF THE COUCH!!!! I joined two challenges that start tomorrow so that's that time to step it up.
