i find that when i get ready to eat and i get a glass of water and drink it before i sit down to eat i end up consuming way less than i normally would. also i try to drink a bottle of water an hour, and when i have to make a trip to the bathroom i drink another botltle of water. the human body doesnt have a way to signal your thirsty its just the tummy saying food whether your really hungry or not.
