since this quarantine I have worked out 6 days a week alternating cardio/aerobics and strength training. 🏋️♀️ I actually gained weight but lost some inches..I have had a few small diet slips but nothing major to impact that much of a gain... I must have lost alot more lean muscle durring my initial weightloss than I im imagined. I did keto all last year with only 1 solid month of real workouts. its frustrating to see my scale jump when, us as humans love this number game.. I just dont know if I'm headed in the right direction or doing something wrong!?🤔😥 please help? anybody have a scientific explanation?
