I honestly don’t know what I’m doing wrong! I’m eating the right calories, I’m constantly doing exercise...
55,4 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 0,8 kg.    Aún para ir: 5,4 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

2066 kcal Grasa: 80,66g | Prot: 89,53g | Carbh: 232,73g.   Desayuno: Egg, Black Tea, Semi-Skimmed Milk, Aldi Baked Beans, Kingsmill 50/50 Bread. Almuerzo: Snackrite Ready Salted Crisps, HP Brown Sauce, Black Tea, Semi-Skimmed Milk, Fried Egg , Kingsmill 50/50 Bread, Birds Eye Cod Fish Fingers (3). Cena: Sunflower Oil, Sweet Potato , Fried Egg , Aldi Baked Beans, Freshcure Unsmoked Back Bacon. Pasa Bocas / Otros: Cadbury Chocolate Bar, Harvest Morn Raisin & Almond Granola , Pears . más...

What’s your water intake like?

I’ve been speaking to my nutritionist and that’s where she thinks the problem is. My water intake needs to be the same everyday so I’ve set myself a 3litre target everyday. Hopefully that will make a difference... fingers crossed!! Xx

My water intake is terrible, but I went from 1 glass to 2-3 litres of water a day and in the first week I out on 4lbs and was devastated at my weigh in. So I personally would recommend working up to a 3ltr a day at a consistent pace, it’ll probably help you if you get the whole peeing every 5 minutes when you start drinking more issue same as me
