March 13, 2020 so glad to have lost a lb but a trifle bemused. Blood sugar 133. Weight was 184 yesterday, but 181 two days before that. The digestive tract and water retention make weight loss look erratic but, essentially, burn more calories than you eat and the body will begin to use up fat.
