I eat a ketogenic WOE, 1350 calories per day, and I'm never hungry. Make sure you get protein at every meal, add some healthy fats, and skip bread/pasta/potatoes/chips and other starchy carbs. Choose foods with high nutritional quality.

You can eat a lot for 1200 calories. You can try to swap out fattier meats to leaner. I'm not sure how you feel about fish, but that is a good swap out. Try to cook what you eat, that way you know what is in your food. Limit the processed stuff, it has a lot of sodium. You can go online and find models of 1200 cal meal plan. I would start with the swaps.

I had to sketch out several ideas when I started to figure out HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE 😁 I'm not very creative and I need food to be easy, which was directly related to my weight. I eat a lot of yougurt and apples. Plain nonfat yogurt, with a teaspoon of cinnamon, is about 95 calories. I usually eat three during the work day with an apple or two. I'm usually not super hungry, that much fiber and protein is really satisfying! For dinner, I have a couple of things I rotate through, cauliflower with alfredo sauce and chicken which is my version of mac and cheese, peppers with cheese, half a low calorie pizza or a low carb wrap sandwich with broccoli slaw falling out of it. And salads! There's so much information these days online, you can search up a low calorie version of just about anything. Best of luck!

A Quest bar with a full glass of water makes me feel full. High protein. I also eat high fiber in the morning. Go Lean cereal w blueberries and almond milk. Also what others said- lots of veggies. Celery w small amounts of almond butter is great too.

I totally understand you. Been struggling, one thing that helps is adding broccoli to eggs and salads, to keep you full. I have been horrible lately, and need to get back to doing that. Soon, very soon.

I think one of the things people don't say is that you will be hungry when you are losing weight. Second thing few say is that bread is not necessary, so stop eating it. And thirdly, drink a lot of water! I mean drink like half to 3/4 gallon a day. Good luck - it's hard work keeping to a healthy diet.

I know the only way I can stay full is either eat carbs or protein. Ive seen from past experience that losing the bread / carbs is the healthier way to go. I personally dont like it but it did work for me.

I struggle to eat 1200. When I get to 800 cals I’m stuffed with all the healthy veggies that are low in calories. There’s no way you will go hungry eating green beans, cabbage, cauliflower and broccoli to name a few. Fish and chicken is loaded in protein, cottage cheese, seeds and nuts. Plain yoghurt. Eggs. Fat and sugary carbs are high in cals. So keep those lower and you will eat like a Queen.
