You can search through Google if you like, "military diet" but basically it's a meal plan for 3 day's of the week then back to your normal diet for the other 4 days. Then repeat the next week again. However a warning the diet says black coffee during every meal 😱 which I struggle with. I found it helpful to drink the coffee rather fast, also don't do what I did also and cook the oatmeal with coffee 😝😱😢😑😆
